Ask the AI Assistant — anything, anytime

Everyone can ask questions here. Only the admin can change the methodology.
Ask about the whole pipeline
Grounded in every bid currently in the system, not just one — for revisions, enhancements, or a quick read on where things stand.

Feedback & methodology governance

Anyone can request a change or leave feedback. Only the admin — or the AI Assistant, after enough supporting feedback accumulates — can propose changing NDGCS's actual methodology.
Submit feedback or an enhancement request
This does not change anything by itself — it's logged here for the admin, and for the AI Assistant's own periodic review, to consider.
Admin — methodology proposals
Naveen Kumar Poththuri only. Any viewer can trigger a draft, but write access to save it is server-enforced — only the admin's click actually persists it.
Approving a proposal here does not change the running scheduled tasks by itself — bring an approved change back to an AI Assistant session with Naveen so it can be written into the Phase 1/Phase 2 task prompts.

Sourcing

Runs NDGCS's keyword, NAICS & facility-management-pattern methodology against every connected source — including the Montrose-style rehab/therapy management criteria from the $100M LTC/Rehab/Home Health portfolio plan.

Connected sources

● GovTribe Federal + State/Local opportunities, awards, vehicles Live
● HigherGov Federal, SLED & Pre-RFP opportunities, contract awards Live
● Gmail Bonfire, NY Grants Gateway/Passport, and other portal notification emails that don't come through GovTribe/HigherGov Live
● SAM.gov Contract Opportunities notice alerts — routes through Gmail intake once a saved search with email notifications is created at sam.gov/search (no API key is stored in this system by design). Note: GovTribe's federal feed already aggregates most SAM.gov Contract Opportunities data. Pending setup

Sourcing algorithm — AI Match Confidence

Every sourced bid gets an instant, rules-based confidence score the moment it lands — separate from the full Phase 1 narrative assessment, which still runs on the Knowledge Hub for higher-confidence bids first.
No feedback recorded yet — judge bids in the Human judgment queue to start building accuracy history.
Reviews accumulated human judgments (good match / not a good match) against what the algorithm predicted, and proposes weight adjustments for Naveen to approve — the same governance pattern as methodology proposals. Approving here does not change scoring automatically; bring it back to an AI Assistant session to apply.

Methodology

What actually runs behind each stage — your Genspark methodology, encoded.

Stage 1 · Go/No-Go13-section Strategic Assessment per NDGCS Master Prompts v2.2 (Executive Summary, Page Limit & Visual Strategy, Complexity, Evaluation Criteria & Scoring, Positioning & Win Themes, Competitive Landscape, Content Sources & Evidence Mapping, Submission Checklist, 120-point Win Probability Calculation, Risk Assessment, 12-point Quality Gate, Phase 2 Handoff, Go/No-Go Decision) — scored against a 120-point/15-category rubric (100–120 Excellent, 85–99 Good, 70–84 Moderate, <70 Low), grounded in your Drive evidence hub and Gmail, not assumptions. Requires your sign-off — no exceptions.
Stage 2 · ArchitectureMaster Compliance Matrix (Req ID → Requirement → Section → Priority) + full Table of Contents with page estimates.
Stage 3 · Section Writing10-component Genspark prompt architecture (Role, Context, Requirements, Task, Content Sources, Mandatory Elements, Constraints, Advantages, Output Structure, Quality Standards) — one section at a time, content pulled dynamically from the Master Content Reference instead of hard-coded section numbers.
Stage 4 · QA & Submission50-point Master Pre-Submission Quality Control Checklist. Requires full 50/50 and sign-off from proposal author, senior reviewer, and Naveen before submission — this gate is never automated away.

Past Performance & Awards

Every case study, awarded contract, and golden-standard proposal NDGCS has on record — sourced from the Living Proposal Master Content Library, the Award Evidence & Bids Tracking archives, and the Golden Standard Proposal Library in Google Drive. Status badges reflect the strength of the evidence found for each item; nothing is marked Confirmed without a documented basis.

Runs & Queue

Every RFP runs on its own, side by side. Inside one RFP the phases stay in order, and a person still decides the plan, the Phase 2 to 3 matrix and toggle, and the draft. A blocked RFP does not stop another one.
